MondraqCode Store Terms of Service

§1. General Provisions

1. These terms define the rules for using the online store available at mondraqcode.pl.
2. The owner and operator of the store is: MondraqCode (hereinafter "Seller"), contact: kontakt@mondraqcode.pl.
3. The Store sells digital products (software, plugins, scripts) and services electronically.
4. Every User is required to read these Terms before making a purchase.

§2. Definitions

• User/Customer – a natural person with full legal capacity who uses the Store.
• Digital Product – software (plugin, script, bot) that is the subject of sale, delivered as a downloadable file.
• Wallet (Virtual PLN) – funds assigned to the User's account, used to exchange for Products in the Store. These funds cannot be converted to cash.
• Account – the User's individual admin panel on the platform.

§3. Usage Rules and License

1. By purchasing a Product, the User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on their own server.
2. It is forbidden to:
   • Share files with third parties (leaking).
   • Resell the license or account.
   • Decompile or claim authorship of the code.
3. Violating license terms results in a permanent account ban, loss of access to all purchased products, and no possibility of refunding Wallet funds.
4. The system has security measures (IP Lock) that can automatically block licenses when abuse is detected.

§4. Payments and Delivery

1. The payment operator is HotPay – an external payment processing service. The Seller cooperates with HotPay for secure online payment processing.
2. Payments can be made via HotPay and other available methods indicated during the Wallet top-up process (bank transfer, payment cards, e-wallets).
3. Wallet top-up is automatic after the payment is confirmed by HotPay. The transaction is finalized according to HotPay's terms of service.
4. For questions about payment processing, transaction security or refunds, the Customer should contact HotPay support or the Seller via the Support form.
5. Product delivery is automatic and instant. After clicking "Buy now", the product and license key appear in the Your Licenses tab.

§5. Withdrawal and Refunds

1. According to Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
2. By purchasing a product in the MondraqCode store, the Customer agrees to immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
3. Complaints about software bugs can be submitted via the Support (Tickets) system. The Seller undertakes to process complaints within 14 days.

§6. Technical Requirements

The following are required to use the Store and Products:

• A computer with Internet access and a web browser.
• For Minecraft plugins: a server meeting the requirements described in the product description (appropriate Java and engine version).
• A Discord account (for verification and receiving the Customer role).

§8. Final Provisions

1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms.
2. In matters not covered by these terms, Polish law shall apply, particularly consumer protection legislation.
3. The Store may organize promotions (e.g. Flash Sale), whose pricing conditions are temporary and not subject to complaints after their end.
4. These terms come into effect on 15.12.2025.
